Our Policy
Booking
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
We offer text and email confirmations 24 hours in advance, along with confirmations when the appointment is booked. If you miss the appointment or don’t give us 24 hours notice we have the right to charge you $50 per hour that you were scheduled, no matter what the service requested. When you are scheduled for an appointment, that keeps another client from getting into our chair. You are reserving that chair and reserving our stylists time. By giving us notice we can contact a client on a waiting list or advertise to try and fill the spot.
Our system does not give us access to your card information. It is a secure system that simply gives us the chance to charge the card only if we log the appointment as a “no-show”. We do not use it to pay the appointment and we do not charge the card at all as long as we get a cancellation call or you show up.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call the salon. Facebook is not the place to book or cancel an appointment, texting our stylists is not either as when they are with a client they will not be checking their phones. A phone call is the easiest way as we do have assistants who answer the phone and can take your message.

Preparing for Color Service
Arrive with clean, dry, and straightened hair. No beach hair please.
If a wash and blow dry is needed prior to starting your service, it may result in an extra charge or the rescheduling of your appointment due to time.
